Storybook Ballet

Monday | 5:15-6:00p | Ages 3-5

Step into a world of imagination, magic, and movement with Storybook Ballet! Designed especially for dancers ages 3–5, this enchanting class introduces the fundamentals of ballet through beloved stories, creative movement, music, and imaginative play.

Each week, dancers will explore basic ballet positions, coordination, balance, rhythm, and classroom skills while bringing stories and characters to life through movement. Our young ballerinas will twirl like princesses, leap like fairies, and discover the joy of dance in a fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment.

Storybook Ballet helps build confidence, creativity, listening skills, and a love for ballet while fostering friendships and independence. No previous dance experience is required—just a willingness to dream, imagine, and dance!

Class is blocked from 5:30–6:15 PM, with approximately 40 minutes of instruction and a 5-minute transition/buffer period at the end of class.

Ballet Foundations I

Wednesday | 6:00-6:45p | Ages 6-9

Ballet Foundations is the perfect introduction to classical ballet for dancers ages 5–8. This class focuses on building strong technical fundamentals while developing grace, coordination, flexibility, balance, musicality, and confidence.

Dancers will learn basic ballet positions, terminology, barre work, center floor exercises, and across-the-floor movements in a structured yet encouraging environment. Through age-appropriate instruction, students will gain an understanding of proper technique while fostering creativity, discipline, and a love for dance.

Whether your child is brand new to ballet or looking to strengthen their foundational skills, Ballet Foundations provides the tools needed for future growth and success in all styles of dance. No previous dance experience is required.

Ballet Foundations II

Thursday | 7:00-7:45p | Ages 9-12

Ballet Foundations II is designed for dancers ages 9–12 who want to build a strong technical foundation in classical ballet. This class focuses on proper alignment, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, musicality, and artistry while introducing dancers to more advanced ballet concepts and terminology.

Students will work through barre exercises, center work, across-the-floor combinations, and ballet technique drills designed to improve posture, body awareness, and overall dance performance. Ballet training serves as the foundation for all styles of dance, making this class an excellent choice for both recreational dancers and those interested in pursuing more advanced training.

Whether your dancer is new to ballet or looking to strengthen their technique, Ballet Foundations II provides a supportive and structured environment where dancers can grow in both skill and confidence while developing a lifelong appreciation for the art of ballet.
