2024-2025 Dance Season
Teaching Assistant & Internship Program
At NRG Dance Company, we believe in training well-rounded dancers—performers who are not only technically strong but also knowledgeable, confident, and prepared for a future in dance beyond the stage.

Our Teaching Assistant Program offers dedicated dancers the opportunity to develop valuable leadership and instructional skills. Through hands-on experience in the classroom, assistants learn the fundamentals of teaching, including choreography, class structure, and student engagement.

For those who demonstrate exceptional dedication and growth, select dancers may be invited to become Teaching Interns. This exciting next step includes the opportunity to lead their own class, manage a classroom, create a syllabus, select music, coordinate costumes, and more—all under the mentorship of our experienced staff. It’s a unique chance to build confidence, gain real-world experience, and explore a future as a dance educator.
Stay tuned to see if any new interns will be taking the spotlight this season!
